I’m Jo (rose22joh) and I’m almost a trainer… with over 3 years professional experience but a block of maternity leave in the middle plus a move out of a specific training role means I’ve only just got around to trying to complete my certificate in training ppractice.

I’m currently trying to build my own training business so I’m looking to use this blog – linked to my own blog www.bitmorecomplicated.com where I look at issues to do with my specialist subjects European politics and gender equality as well as a wider range of issues - to build my knowledge, my networks and contacts, join the debate in the professional training community and get some debates going.
